About the House
Back in July Travis took possession of a huge (approximately 4000 sq ft.) limestone home. The papers on the house date back to 1847, although major renovations were done in the 1930s which included changing the main entrance to the home thus altering the address from Lincoln St. to University St. Then in the late 1940’s or early 1950’s someone decided it was a good idea to split up the beautiful, huge old house into 5 separate apartments. As far as we can tell, this also the last time anyone swept the floors.
So here we are… discovering wiring that is ready to engulf the home in flames and starting projects that would take any sane person months with plans to have them done in weeks. Follow us through the fun…
